Lazyy and unprofessional. The staff spend more time gossiping than servicing customers. Reception refused to put me in contact with a manager. Eric Chu and Parsa sold me a care they knew they couldnt deliver, collected my deposit, consistently wasted my time, and then forced me to drive out to Markham to receive a refund on my deposit. Would never do business with this group again.
My wife and I met Parsa Ray who assisted us in the purchase of our vehicle. He was very professional and customer focused. He took his time to explain and ensured we understood the various options that were available to us. At the end we made an ideal choice in our purchase. Thank you Parsa
