I used the the Don Tinius Agency for a couple of years until recently. Don seamed great; we spoke many times over the phone and even by his personal cell phone. In November, Don's company failed to charge my card that is SAVED ON FILE for auto draft every month. No one can explain to me why they did not charge my card. My bank has no reason and Don's company have no reason. The card was not expired, the account was not over drafted, and the card was not locked.
