Great service! Every time I come from from Puerto Rico I visit this business.
Contrary to the high reviews, my experience with Don was bad. I wanted to surprise my husband by getting 2 links on his watch removed, and the owner refused to do it. Owner was very rude and went to say "I've been doing this for over 30 years and refuse to remove links if the watch is not yours." I went to another watch store and she was more than happy to help. It's 2024. Get with the times!
