WARNING! – WARNING - DO NOT USE THIS AGENT FOR INSURANCE PURPOSES. THEY DO NOT KEEP UP TO DATE RECORDS AND WILL NOT CONTACT YOU IN THE EVENT OF CHANGES TO YOUR POLICY. THEY CANCELLED MY INSURANCE BECAUSE OF AN ADJUSTMENT TO MY POLICY, BUT SENT THE NOTIFICATION TO AN ADRESS I HAD 6 YEARS PRIOR. NO APPOLOGIES, NO CARE, NO CONCERN FOR THEIR CUSTOMER. Absolute NIGHTMARE – My experience with this company was an absolute nightmare. A woman named Vicky set me up a policy for MY CAR in my mother's name (my mother is already a member with StateFarm) by mistake, and after deciding to cancel the policy over my initial frustration with the woman not even being able to set up a policy (less than 24 hours after I established it) in my own name, she left the extra policy in my mother's name in limbo and NEVER REFUNDED MY MONEY!
