It’s a quicker alternative to Mckinley car wash. That’s the only plus side to it. Downside is the line is cramp and you may need to back up if a car in front needs to get out and not proceed with the wash. Also, the hand dry portion doesn’t seem to be thorough after the wash. A neutral point is that you need to vacuum yourself; more laborious, but you can be the one to ensure a good job is done.
The biggest issue with this car wash is the staff. They do not communicate verbally and instead point, then become visibly frustrated if you don’t immediately understand what they want. One employee in particular, a man wearing a camo hat, appears to run the operation and seems to pick and choose which customers receive better service. No stars It’s a scam no matter which one you pay you get the same soap and service They abuse their car wash washers By keeping them outside in the heat with no shade whatsoever They have a new guy as a cashier who decided that my car was too low to enter the car washing machine. Recent car wash and noticed similar damage to another family car. to the front license plate. It was so bent forward. I had not been anywhere but to makiki car wash. Nor did I hit the front of my car. Be careful. They have great staff but the machine damaged my car. Maybe better car wash down the street. Mckinley car wash.
