After 50 years and almost 100,000 units sold, Don and Roy's Motorsports will be closing its doors for the last time this Saturday. We have sold the business and all franchises to Action Power Sports in Waukesha, WI. Thank you to all the hundreds of thousands of customers we've had the privilege of serving in that time. Not only customers from our backyard in SE WI, but all the ones who drove from northern Illinois to give us their business. Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. Choose to be argumentative. Could have resolved the issue relatively easily and inexpensively, but instead opted to take a hard stance against the customer. This is odd to me...not how I role or how anyone should handle customer service issues. Buy elsewhere.
On June 18th 2015, I purchased a 2002 BMW R1150RT motorcycle from Don and Roy's Cycle Shop Inc of Brookfield. With limited knowledge of motorcycle maintenance, I asked numerous questions to salesman Paul *********** about the motorcycle and what was performed on the motorcycle. Paul said they do not warrant used motorcycles, but that their maintenance team was very experienced and that every aspect of the motorcycle had been gone through with a fine toothed comb. Bought my first street bike from them on July 6th. Although they were busy My first wevice was still able to be squeezed in! They were also able to check out my bike and make a quick adjustment for me twice! Had the bike for 50 days and put on 2,800 miles, no complaints.
A very professional business with a lot of knowledgeable and friendly employees. The services they have done for my bike have been done extremely well and I trust them to do the work perfectly. I don't think you could find a better place locally to have service done or order parts. They are the best around.
To whom it may concern, With my main dealership closing in Racine I had to locate another Dealer in the area. I had done research and found that Don & Roy's was the best of them all. And with my experience talking with Zak from parts taking the time to fine the pipe and under tail kit i wanted then turning it over to Scott from service, I can honestly say that I have never worked and been treated so professionally in my 20 yrs. plus as a rider. Drove 3 hrs to purchase a Yamaha Super Tenere from Don & Roy`s because they took the time to answer questions and truly cared about a potential customer. Looked at the same bike at a" Superstore" dealer 15 mins from my home and the salesman couldn't give a rip that I was there and didn`t know anything about the bike. I value a business that appreciates my patronage. I will drive 3 hrs each way for service in the future. These guys deserve your business!
I have a jetski that wasn't starting. I called and unfortunately it was going to take a week to get it fixed.....we needed it in 3 days! I was told to bring it in and they would do their best to look at it and see what they could do. That right there impressed me that they would do that for us......but it got better!! I brought it in and Bill went out immediately to look at it for us. He figured out what was wrong, did a few things and 15 mns later we were on our way with a working jet ski!!
