I bought a vehicle here in September and was taken advantage of. I worked with Mitch S**** and Kolin M**** who seemed like good people. They gave me a horrible loan with an interest rate of 17% when I have good credit and told me that is the best deal I will get due to not having car payments in the past. She states that we took advantage of her using the auto loan interest rate that she received from Don Robinson Mitsubishi and we believe that is incorrect and misleading. The interest rate we received from the Lender was what she received. There were no markups or changes to the Lender’s rate to make it a higher rate than what was stated on her bank contract.
