I come to don roberto jewelers bc the customer service is excellent everyone is super nice and go beyond for their customers stephanie and angie always make a great team come here jewelry is amazing
Jewelry is cheap quality here and they don’t even care about customer service they give dirty looks and make it feel unwelcoming and uncomfortable. If your looking to buy jewelry from Don Roberto’s stay away there are way better places in the area with higher and exlusive quality, don’t waste your money here.
Don’t buy from here. They need to hire better employees that aren’t rude. Overpriced for cheap jewelry that breaks easily. They peer pressure you into buying. Employees are nosy. Honestly I wouldn’t be surprised if the employees talk about their customers because the girl that big with black hair gives dirty looks like I feel she’s giving me evil eye or some brujeria.
I don’t get why the jewelry is expensive for cheap quality when you can buy the same for cheaper on SHEIN or Claire’s that would last you longer than whatever they sell here.
