Im very unsatisfied with the service and customer service. I bought a watch with them. Literally have taken it back and forth 4 times!! Because each time the battery just stops working!! I paid this watch off and they have it longer than i have had in my posession it seems. Each time it is "observed 24 hrs with the jeweler". And result is the "battery needed to be replaced"!
