I bought my 2011 Malibu which I am still driving. The salesman was great! I needed a part which my repair shop had trouble finding so my husband contacted your parts department, and they were able to locate it. My husband did purchase it, but then my repair shop found out that the part came from O' Reilly's and my husband was charged double the price. When my husband asked Matt in your parts department why he double charged him, his response was along the lines of "Well if you're too stupid to fix your own car, then I can ch... read more
