Andrea is only nice until you sign. She misrepresented the parking addendum, claiming it was only to get a valid parking tag, not that it gave her the right to tow my car at will, even with the tag displayed and the vehicle not abandoned. She treats tenants like prisoners in their own homes, withholds leases, and if you ask for it, will ignore you until your last 60 days, then drain your money by towing your vehicle and causing major stress through deflection.
