Andrea is only nice until you sign. She misrepresented the parking addendum, claiming it was only to get a valid parking tag, not that it gave her the right to tow my car at will, even with the tag displayed and the vehicle not abandoned. She treats tenants like prisoners in their own homes, withholds leases, and if you ask for it, will ignore you until your last 60 days, then drain your money by towing your vehicle and causing major stress through deflection. I been living here going on 4 years and my girls and I have not had any problem just stay to yourself and pay your bills and you will not have any problem and the people here are nice and everyone helps everyone around here i can say it's been good for us it's a place over are head and I can stay as well the lady's in the office are great you show respect and you will get respect 😊
Do not recommend. They will "mistakenly" find any reason to charge you extra and for more things than you can imagine. Every month had extra charges due to their own inability to file paperwork or do their job. You will leave owing money no matter what you do. Looks nice but these are slumlords who only care about collecting the rent with a little extra on the side
Place is a joke came to.help.a person and RMA a joke of.a company towed my vehicle they sit there and watch and practically steal.vehicles gues u can't even move out or from.the parking lot or.have friends help.u cause RMA towing is money Hungry so.ifni was.you don't use them.for anything Outcome.of.situation property.manager didn't help do anything with towing of vehicle She was just as rude as a towing company.
