The worst! Steer clear of this guy. Don built me a home in 2005, March 2006 the basement had three feet of standing water. Don was a complete ass about the water and pretty much blamed me for the basement. That cost me $2500.00, because Don wouldn't handle the problem and I didn't want to go to court. 2007 I was having my basement finished, but of course there were multiple moisture concern's. We bought a new build that was built by Don Purio, 2 years ago. We have had nothing but problems with, air, heat, plumbing, carpet pulling up, counters lifting, etc etc! The problem is when someone comes out to repair the things going wrong all labor costs are on us even though you have warranties. The home is nothing but a money pit! There isn’t a neighbor in the Southview neighborhood that doesn’t complain about the home quality. He seems to hire the cheapest construction people he can and get away with it!!!

You have to call the cell phone for an answer. Referred to him by an outstanding company but unfortunately my brief experience with Don was very unprofessional, definitely not the contractor for a job outside of Klamath Falls.
