Placed an on-line order to be picked up at 7:31... Order was ready at 8:23 Placed a second order that was supposed to be picked up at 7:55... Order was ready at 8:23 Food was lukewarm and soggy.... will never be back.

My wife and I went here today 7/3/26 to grab a bite to eat. We used to go here all the time, but decided to give it a chance after a couple of years. Before even ordering we waited about 5 minutes for even someone to come up front. I didn't know who our server was because it kept switching every time they would come to the table. Ordered the following Queso w/chorizo - absolutely disgusting. Way too much chorizo that overtook the entire thing. Lacked flavor. Honestly tasted like velveta with nothing added to it. Me and my boyfriend went here for dinner and it was greater than expected. Cheese dip was a little watery, but the flavor was on point! We had a little trouble with service as we had to ask for chip refill, drinks, and utensils. Despite this the waiter had a great personality and was cracking jokes. The environment was amazing and food was very well priced.

I really regret writing this. I normally give good reviews or stay quiet. I had been to this restaurant about 3 times. I just moved closer and really wanted to like this place but the bartender Andy was rude rude rude. I simply needed clarification on the Taco Tuesday special. He explained it in a confusing way then got rude. Eating out is not charity. I left. I did not have even one sip of my drink btw. I let the ladies at the hostess stand know. They felt bad. I felt bad. But I will never return again on principle
