Over charges for Mexican cola. My BF went into the store to buy a case and was told it was $84. When he said they were over charging it was dropped down to $60. Talk about reverse discrimination against white Americans! And they were laughing about it. My Bf speaks Spanish so he knew what they were saying. Sad.
We ate at their restaurant that is next to the store. The food was not good. Did not taste anything like what they used to feed the clients when the restaurant was inside the kitchen that was inside the store. They gave us menus that have no prices so they can charge whatever they want. We were six people and did not expect the amount of the bill they charged us. very disappointing experience and we will never go back there again
I placed an order about 24 hours in advance through Uber Eats, only for it to be canceled by the restaurant about 30 minutes before the scheduled delivery time. There was no prior notice or explanation given. Canceling last minute after accepting an advance order is extremely inconvenient, especially when plans are made around it. Very disappointing experience.
No recomiendo Pancho Villa. Siempre que voy, los precios cambian y parece que creen que uno no se da cuenta. Pidan siempre su recibo, porque sí hacen cobros de más. El servicio al cliente es pésimo. En especial, dos empleadas en específico que constantemente atienden de mala gana, sin respeto y sin profesionalismo. La última vez fui solo por una bebida.
