Bad Food & Even Worst Customer Service – The food taste at Don Pancho was very poor. This restaurant's food isn't any better that any below average mexican restaurant. The food taste like it came straight from a can. The customer service is by far one of the worst I have ever seen in the Middle Tennessee area. The managers prefer to argue with customer before they admit they made a mistake. If you want to eat bad food and receive poor customer service, I encourage you to go eat at exit 11's Don Pancho.
I am from New Mexico. I've tried many different Mexican Restaurants and NONE of them have come close to actual mexican food, except for Don Pancho's on Madison. I've never had any issues with cleanliness. Any time you do have an issue Pancho always makes it right. Great service great enviornment and GREAT margaritas!!!
Tonight my husband and I decided to go out to our favorite Mexican restaurant. After placing our orders my husband looked to his left and noticed a cockroach crawling on the wall right next to our table. I was completely grossed out. I informed the owner of the restaurant about the problem and he didn't seem surprised. All he said to us was "I'll call the exterminator in the morning".
