Don Pablo s Mexican Kitchen was born in the west Texas town of Lubbock in 1985, but the heritage of its food can be traced back more than 200 years and 2,000 miles to the central plains of Mexico. It was here that Mexican ranch cooks created handmade dishes using a secret mixture of cilantro and comino (Mexican spice), as well as roasted green chilies and other native herbs and spices. Great Dining Experience! – I come into this restaurant all the time with my husband. We really enjoy their selection of margaritas and love the food. Everytime we come in we are taken care of with a smile and always feel welcomed. This is the main reason we come to Don Pablo's. The staff seems very happy and we enjoy talking to them during our visits. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking good Mexican food, amazing margaritas, and friendly wait staff.
