We had the best experience this morning at Don Orr’s, getting our 6 yr old granddaughter fitted for her first ski equipment...her apprehension turned into excitement after getting fitted by the expert staff. Highly recommend them !!
I'm a new skier. I've always used Play It Again Sports but in the first three minutes of me being here I decided I will no longer go anywhere but here for winter sports merch. Knowledgeable, friendly, and non pushy staff. 5 stars... if I could give 6 I would. Don't go anywhere else!!

I walked into Don Orr's with my old-school wooden cross-country skis and they did not laugh, in fact they complimented my skis and were excited about refinishing the bottoms and putting on new bindings. The skis are absolutely beautiful and they smell great (gotta love the smell of pine tar). Thanks for helping me upgrade a treasured pair of skis and for appreciating the old and the new! The new waxes you suggested are AWESOME!!

Best customer service, hands down. They know their stuff and go out of their way to help. I would never recommend going anywhere else. Even if I lived in Alaska, I would send people to Don Orr! Well done guys and gals!
