Always great service!! Staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and fast! They do not try to push products and let you know if they think you need a service done or if can wait! I had a very frustrating experience with Don Nester Chevrolet. After several email exchanges, we agreed on the purchase price and all terms for a vehicle. They mentioned they use 3 banks for out of state clients. I even bought a plane ticket to finalize the deal and they promised to pick me up from the airport. However, at the last moment, I was told the dealership would not handle the financing and that I needed to arrange everything myself ("we have had too many issues with getting burnt on out of state deals"). Traveling home to Gaylord from a short vacation. My 2018 EQUINOX went into limp mode on I-75. I called Don Nester Chevrolet in Roscommon MI. I arrived very near quitting time. They brought our vehicle in and shortly returned with a smile (I like smiles just before being handed a bill). A clamp came off the turbo. Your Equinox is repaired and ready to go. Everyone showed good customer service. Thanks everyone who helped.
Been to two dealerships in the last 6 months. This place and Feeny Ford. I'll never step foot into Feeny Ford again. If they were a hospital, I'd refuse to go in and die on their curb. This place however has won my business. Great job Don nester. My forever dealership.
