We called looking for new tires after a tire blowout hauling a truck camper. They stated they had some used ones so we went to look at them. They were very kind, courteous, and helpful. We ended up ordering new tires, which arrived later than expected. Throughout the ordeal, their communication was excellent! Russ was very professional. Their overall customer service was A+++

I had a very frustrating experience with Don Nester Chevrolet. After several email exchanges, we agreed on the purchase price and all terms for a vehicle. They mentioned they use 3 banks for out of state clients. I even bought a plane ticket to finalize the deal and they promised to pick me up from the airport. However, at the last moment, I was told the dealership would not handle the financing and that I needed to arrange everything myself ("we have had too many issues with getting burnt on out of state deals"). Traveling home to Gaylord from a short vacation. My 2018 EQUINOX went into limp mode on I-75. I called Don Nester Chevrolet in Roscommon MI. I arrived very near quitting time. They brought our vehicle in and shortly returned with a smile (I like smiles just before being handed a bill). A clamp came off the turbo. Your Equinox is repaired and ready to go. Everyone showed good customer service. Thanks everyone who helped.
