Normally, I have really good experiences with Don Moore Toyota. Today, however, when I was getting my car serviced, I kept getting pressured by the associate to get all kinds of updates ( all expensive of course). I had mentioned I could not afford that as I was getting new tires put on with it’s biannual service. When I had scheduled my appointment via phone call, it was estimated that this entire service would be about $550. I went in for the 5000 mile service on our new Grand Highlander. It had 5400 miles on it. All they had to do was rotate the tires. When I left, I noticed a wheel I had scuffed up was in the same spot. They hadn’t rotated the tires. The tech had told the service advisor that he only did one side, because the wear was worse on the other side. I don’t know if that’s true or not but the car only had 5400 miles on it.
