Very helpful Doctors and receptionists. God bless all of them. Specially Dr. Waheeb Alshaar has helped me a lot at every appointment. And when Dr. Alshaar is away Dr. Sameer Alandary has taken over his place. 12/02/2026 : Some reviews complain about bad behaviour from the receptionists and/or terrible lack of round management too bad to be even possible. Very poor management and extremely confusing system. I was given an appointment, arrived on time, and then was told that “everyone here is walk-in.” There is no clear explanation of how appointments work, and no priority is given even if you are told you have one. I waited over an hour while patients who arrived after me were seen first. Staff could not clearly explain the wait time or the order patients were being seen. My partner had a very bad experience at this clinic. I am not the patient, but I am leaving this review for awareness and because we will be filing a formal complaint. The receptionist, who is Filipina, spoke disrespectfully to my partner and called him “gago,” which is a very insulting term. This was said during a difficult situation and showed a lack of professionalism and compassion. This behavior is unacceptable in a healthcare setting. This review is to raise awareness and to ensure this matter is taken seriously.
