I had a very disappointing experience at Don Mills Medical Center. The management seems completely unorganized, and there is little to no professionalism in how things are handled. The front desk staff, in particular, were extremely rude and unhelpful. Instead of assisting patients, they come across as dismissive and disrespectful. Doctors are excellent but the receptionist must be replaced immediately, very poor management especially no point of appointments. Very confusing system of patient intake.
Very helpful Doctors and receptionists. God bless all of them. Specially Dr. Waheeb Alshaar has helped me a lot at every appointment. And when Dr. Alshaar is away Dr. Sameer Alandary has taken over his place. 12/02/2026 : Some reviews complain about bad behaviour from the receptionists and/or terrible lack of round management too bad to be even possible.
