I had an excellent experience with Dr. Milan at Don Mills Dental Centre. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. usually when i call in i get vanessa who is lovely and incredible. however recently its been someone named cindy doing the phones. she called my phone repeatedly to remind me about my appointment (i was at work and they had already emailed me and called days prior to remind me) so the incessant calls seemed unprofessional and unwarranted. then, the day before my appointment i got a cold. they were closed so i called to let them know i needed to reschedule as i did not want to get their team sick. the next day cindy calls and... read more
