I brought my impreza here because the check engine light came on earlier this week. I thought the inspection would be cheaper - it was about $200 and they gave me NO additional information beyond the code. They also recommended over $7000 of repairs that were unrelated to what I brought it in for on a car that's worth less than $4000. Super professional and efficient!! My brakelights were out and they took great care of it!!!
Stood in the service department for an extended period of time with no greeting and no indication where to stand. When I asked an associate (someone scrolling through social media on his personal phone) who I check in with he just stated, "wait there until someone calls you. " Very uncomfortable setup. Also, the 'express' oil change is designed to take appointments. I was informed without an appointment I would be waiting 2.5 hours.
