Super professional and efficient!! My brakelights were out and they took great care of it!!!
Stood in the service department for an extended period of time with no greeting and no indication where to stand. When I asked an associate (someone scrolling through social media on his personal phone) who I check in with he just stated, "wait there until someone calls you. " Very uncomfortable setup. Also, the 'express' oil change is designed to take appointments. I was informed without an appointment I would be waiting 2.5 hours. I had my tires replaced this week at Don Miller West. It was dark out when I picked my car up so I did not notice they had not wiped my wheels clean until the next morning. I sent a message to Lisa Hoffmann the Service Center Supervisor and she called to discuss. She not only never apologized but told me "this is normal. It used to be white but now it's blue". THB, If I am spending $1300.00 for ties, oil change & filter replacements, I would expect for my car not to look like trash. Lisa never offered a carwash. I had to ask... read more
I’ve worked with Lisa and Emily in the service center a few times and they are knowledgeable and kind. I always feel that my car (and I) are in good hands here!
we have had the best experiences here- the staff is incredibly accommodating and kind! we have always felt like they go above and beyond in both customer relationships and services.
