I brought my impreza here because the check engine light came on earlier this week. I thought the inspection would be cheaper - it was about $200 and they gave me NO additional information beyond the code. They also recommended over $7000 of repairs that were unrelated to what I brought it in for on a car that's worth less than $4000. Super professional and efficient!! My brakelights were out and they took great care of it!!!
I had my tires replaced this week at Don Miller West. It was dark out when I picked my car up so I did not notice they had not wiped my wheels clean until the next morning. I sent a message to Lisa Hoffmann the Service Center Supervisor and she called to discuss. She not only never apologized but told me "this is normal. It used to be white but now it's blue".
