My parents bought their car from here and get their car serviced there as well. My dad passed last year and mom had to come by herself. They were kind to her to took care of the car without overcharging her or taking advantage. I appreciate that so much.
Services Team is unreable, and I made appointment to replace Spark plug. When I came for my appointment, they said that my is schedule is for an Oil change and I need to reschedule for Spark plug replacement. I asked them that my appointment is for Spark plug replacement and Not for Oil change. The answer I got is "sorry miss communication". No accommodation other than asked me make another appointment. Very much unreasonable and careless. I don't recommend doing business with them as they don't value customers.
Bill and Mike were awesome and answered all my questions.
