March 26 2025 - roofer failed to inspect the entire property. The address is in Miami, FL 33161, however as I told you the house is a duplex and based on the report the inspector did not inspect both units. He also stated the following: There are 3 years or less remaining useful life on the secondary roof. The flat roof is past useful life expectancy. Options should be discussed with a licensed roofer.
