Jared Brooks was on time, professional and a very personable. He explained what he was inspecting and why. The inspection was a wind assessment after a new wind screen and hurricane proof windows were recently installed in our home. The phone customer service rep was very pleasant with her greeting and scheduled us the very next day. We even received a thank you email from the CEO thanking us for using DMI. MY FLORIDA SAFE HOME is using DMI Inspections and they do not listen. I had an inspection done in the beginning of May'25 and they were missing 2 important components of my Wind Mitigation: SWR and Single Wraps. We had to call them again to come out and indicated it on Wind Mitigation. The same inspector that did it the first time, came at end of May'25 and complained about doing his job to verify the Single Wraps on my roof. We also showed inspector that we have SWR.
