Place definitely needs better service, it’s way too bureaucratized. Parts counter employees have no access to parts and have no idea what’s going on in the back because there is a whole department just for processing. These guys don’t honor the Toyota national parts discount promotions. They take a whole day to process the order when other Toyota dealers have their order ready within the hour if parts are in stock.
