This email is in regards to the body shop located at Don McGill Toyota Houston. Address to the bodyshop is 11800 Katy Freeway Houston, Texas 77079. My truck was in a rear end accident back in November of 2014. This body shop did the repairs to my truck at that time. I was helped by Daryl Dela Cruz. He is one of the nicest guys I ever met. He really went out of his way to help me. His service was very professional and courteous. I will definitely send as many people his way as possible.

After getting a new drivers license and trying to get an oil change at Don McGill in the last year, it's a tossup as to which operation is the least efficient. Do not waste your time making an appointment online. On two occasions I thought that would help streamline the process. Wrong and wrong.
