My lawn tractor (John Deere X350) was in need of a major service. I found Don Mayberry Jrs. Outdoor Power Equipment in a google search and read all the positive reviews. When I called, Don was honest that he was backed up what would get to my tractor asap. About a week later, Don picked up the tractor. He kept me abreast of his work schedule. Initially I had scheduled annual service for my Deere x738 with Power Place in Whitehouse. The service was quoted at $409 and Hydraulic service at $200-$250. I contacted Don and he said he could guarantee to do much better in pricing (I didn't give him the quotes from Power Place). He couldn't give me pricing because he had to look up the parts. Don was able to fix my snowblower and get it back to me in about 2 days right before our latest snow storm. Also he explained what was wrong in addition to giving me information about maintenance of my machine. He also kept me informed every step of the process from pick up of the snowblower to delivery. When we pulled out the snowblower it came on with no problem and ran like a dream. AND his prices are very, very reasonable. Don was a lifesaver! On the brink of a storm he stayed open late to diligently solve my carb problem on my snowblower. I would definitely recommend him and will definitely be using him again. Who stays open past 1pm on a Saturday? Don does!!
Don has done service and repairs on my snow blower and my lawn mowers as well. Each time I called he responded quickly and got my equipment repaired and enabled me to get my work done. Call Don for all your equipment needs. He can repair snowblowers, mowers both riding and push type, weak trimmers, leaf blowers, generators and you name it. Get it done right the first time. I have complete confidence in his ability to get my equipment working at peak performance in a reasonable amount of time and at reasonable prices.
