Diane Herman is refusing to work out a refund or change to next year for my sister's vacation plans for 2020, which have been impacted by military service requirements for COVID-19. We love this area, and my mom and grandparents all lived here. Everyone else we have ever met in this area – throughout our entire childhood and growing up – is lovely and near to our hearts. What a disgusting display of greed.
Racist employees like Chris Falcone want to keep vacation home owners away from their property. People can Pay full taxes and people like Chris want to urinate on The Constitution. Oh he’ll sell you a house and then say shore residents are better than you, and you have to stay away. Patronize a businesslike this but be warned that they hate you.
Poor customer service. Was trying to find a rental for the Barefoot Country Music festival. There are 5 of us, me-24, my boyfriend- 30 and 3 of our friends ranging from 40-50. This is literally the response I got from one of the agents, " No relationships? No one is a married couple? A 24 year old does not normally have 50 year old friend. This sounds strange.
