THEY WILL RIP YOU A NEW ONE ok so i was very interested in a 2000 blue dodge ram 1500 ext cab that they had for sale. So I went and asked them what they were asking cash price for the truck. WELL come to find out it has a rebuilt title the bondo is coming out on spots of the vehicle where they did not repair it correctly the dash is seriously busted up and there is tranny fluid leaking somewhere because it is all over the under carriage. Awsome as usual This is my third vehicle from Don Marshall and I will again write another review and tell you that their Choice center and salespeople are just as good as their New lot. Stewart handled this transaction and he was wonderful. Rico helped finance us and every part of the deal flowed well. Again, This is the only dealership in town that will take you seriously about your monthly payment expectations and bend over backwards to make it work! Stay away!!!This place will rip you off!!! My husband and I recently purchased a vehicle from these people and they robbed us blind. We purchased the exteneded warranty on the truck, within 2 weeks had major trouble and needed a repair and they wouldn't honor the warranty. Was also given 3 years of oil changes through them for free and they tried to charged me even though I had the certificates for the oil changes saying that the free service didn't cover this and that. They did things to my vehicle with out my authorization... read more
This is our GEM in town Love them! Bought a Jeep back in 2003, and just got our van this month! They know what they are doing! Their sales people and finance dept are the BEST Ive ever dealt with! Keep in mind, if you buy a USED car, things happen that will happen with any used vehicle and thats your responcibility. We also had to repair our jeep with a water pump. At 110,000 miles I think you have things you will run into though. Always professional and very considerate.
