She has been doing our family's taxes for over a decade and is highly recommended by many!
I had submitted my tax information in February and the tax preparer completed my taxes on the last official day in day in April, then told me to go to the IRS and Franchise Tax Board web site and pay my taxes online. I never met the tax preparer. I only spoke to her on the phone and thru text. On the last day when I asked to come in to meet her and receive my taxes, she indicated that she had already left. Dealing with this group ended up being a nightmare. Terrible customer service
