Kay A great dealership to do business with. My new/used Tahoe was delivered today to Jacksonville, FL. My sales person was Matt Johnson, he was very nice and helpful, answering all questions. I would recommend this business.
crappy service department. Dropped my car off in the morning cuz they said not sure how long it would be. They never called to tell me that they were waiting on a part and they couldn't dublicate the other issue. I showed them pictures. They than tried to charge me a diagnostic fee for the car. Um no. I didn't have my car all day and no phone call saying anything. I had to call and talk to the manager to give my keys to the showroom so i could get my car. Really not sure I will take it back once the part comes in.
