I have used Don Lacy for 2 yrs now to service my evap cooler. Approx 4 pm on a Saturday I needed a service call. Mr. Lacy was unable to make the service call, stating family issues. So I contacted a sister company which he works for, which I have used. The owner/operator of that company was willing to make the trip to perform the emergency service call.
