I needed a outside door, which cost $400.00 But the woman answering the phone was rude, I called two separate times and both times she had the same attitude. This woman just cost them a 400.00 sale. I deal with the public everyday in service and there is no way I would have an attitude like that. If you don't like your job then find another.
