I don’t think I could have had a better buying experience. Dana was extremely friendly and very personable with helping us find our new home. We found the perfect one for our family with an outstanding price. They were very quick with delivery as well. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a new home (:
Horrible service. Rude staff. Building smells like cigarettes. Came here from an hour and a half away pre approved with financing and was told would not order our home because we didn't finance through them. Do not understand what that matters if your already approved through someone else.
Just went into Don Killian's mobile home parts in Monroe Louisiana. Drove all the way from southeast Arkansas. We were greeted poorly, had taken our mini poodles out of car to pee on the grass and a man came out, asked us to take them outside of their fence "because customers walk on the grass" um, okay, we have doggy poop bags in hand just in case..but ok, we complied. Put dogs in car after they peed "outside fence". Went in store, not welcoming at all! Felt very uneasy asking questions like the guy didn't have time or want... read more
Thought we were doing good with buying local and when we were looking and deciding on buying they were very helpful and nice but after buying the home, it seemed as if we didn't matter anymore. Sent their people in to fix stuff before we could move in and they did a crappy job, sent them back to re-do some of it and it still looked crappy. They finally told us the manufacturer (KABCO) would have to come fix the rest of it. It took KABCO almost 9 months to come out and that was after I had to ask and ask and ask and now it's ... read more
