The body shop said they couldn't bring my car in for an estimate with two flat tires, even though it runs and drives and the two wheels with flat tires are already wrecked. Said the tires are on order with no eta...its been over a week and nothing has been done. Before I had the car towed down there i made sure they could work on the car and was assured they could get it right in. I felt like they were bothered by me following up on it. Probably won't go back

The most scammy dealership ever! My first time at don k I was having repairs done to my jeep grand Cherokee, I was hearing a clunking noise in my front right wheel. I took it to don k for it to be looked at and fixed they first told me that the air suspension was bad (which it wasn’t) and that it needed to be converted to conventional and that was probably the problem.
