We scheduled an appointment for service and the morning before called to see if a loaner car was an option (my husband got a new job). We were told that a loaner car needed to be arranged at the time of scheduling the appointment. At no time during the scheduled appointment arrangement was that made as an offer. I would expect more from a well known establishment.
