Don K Whitefish was hands down the best dealership my wife and I have ever worked with. I highly recommend John Hantz in sales and Josh Gale in finance to get you into the vehicle you want.

Absolutely horrible experience time and time again. If I could give negative stars, I would. They were supposed to have fixed a FACTORY RECALL, and they did not, which led to our tire sheering off and beating us off the highway. 117 days our truck has been in the shop, because they refuse to communicate. Hands down, worst experience - GO ANYWHERE ELSE. We will be going to Denver from now now. They were supposed to fix a factory recall and they failed - I wouldn’t trust them with your family’s safety.
the customer service is great once you get ahold of them, I normally had to call 3 or 4 times in order to get ahold of the parts department
Service department was so backed up to the point of not being able to get my truck in for several months. I was stuck in limp mode and my check engine light was on. I had no choice but to trade my truck in as I could not be without a vehicle.
