Would not recommend! Don Juan Roofing installed the roof on our home in 2021. We recently purchased it in late 2024. I contacted the owner and had him repair leaks in roof and had to pay for it. I explained to him that the roof is buckling around the dormers due to poor installation. He told me he would repair under warranty. He did not. I contacted him twice and he ignores my texts. Francisco is amazing! Came out quickly and gave me an estimate, examined everything in and out to make sure the costs were known upfront. His crew was respectful and worked from morning til dark until the job was completed, work site was completely picked up afterwards and the new roof looks incredible!
We are selling our home. After receiving a repair addendum from our buyer, which included a roof sheathing repair as well as venting three bathroom vents through the roof, we were scrambling to find a company who could get the repairs completed quickly as we had a tight timeline to complete things by.
