The short version is the service department sucks. They will tell you the part will be delivered in a few days, should only take a week to repair. 8 weeks later I still do not have my vehicle. Had to contact GM myself to get the part shipped. Bait and switch prices make sure they include all possible repairs on your estimate. Quoted $7200, then when I started a warranty claim price jumped to $8200, then low and behold more parts needed (a known complication with this repair) so another delay for parts and another $1200 - $28... read more
