Great car buying experience! I'd "buy from Julie" again. Attentive, knowledgeable, personable, relatable. She bought me flowers and drove the car from Chicago to get the deal done. Over and above customer service.
Tried charging me 7 hrs labor to pull timing chain cover off 5.7 hemi an inspection. Called swant graber in barron, said it would take a little over 2 hrs. Mechanics a joke couldn't even hear the issue said it sounded normal untill I pointed it out( very out of norm sound). Very rude when asked why it would take 7 hrs. Technician left early so couldn't tell me.
Garrod was very good helping us buy the car we wanted even though it was at a different Don Johnson location. Excellent communication and coordination. Thank you. Plus they have other services available such as extra keys programming.
Refused to match trade in value from other dealership. So we went elsewhere for new vehicle.
The service department at Don Johnson Cumberland went above and beyond to ensure that my vehicle was ready for a road trip for me. They were able to schedule my vehicle for service that day, change my cabin filter, rotate my tires and brought my vehicle back to my home (a service available to all who live within 15 miles of the dealership which I learned about that day!). I made it to Ohio and back with a vehicle that performed and handled well through rain, snow and sun.
