Had a great time dealing with Jason and the team purchasing my Tiguan Sel Turbo. Was probably the easiest car deal I’ve been involved in and were in and out in under 2 hours. That included test drive, trade in valuation, counter offer and signing all the documents.
The service department is terrible. TERRIBLE. They've had my vehicle for almost a month to change a timing chain because "they can't get a hold of my warranty department" for an inspector. I've been able to call warranty and speak to someone EVERY DAY. They gave me a rental and can't tell me if I'll be covered because they aren't doing their jobs.
