Dropped my car off for an oil change, and Patricia was incredibly rude her tone of voice was unacceptable when I declined a tire rotation and alignment. I have been coming here for 3 years and usually Dustin is at the desk and he always provides great customer service. Patricia , on the other hand does not, I don’t know who hired her and expected her to sell a single thing. Along with that... read more
Morgan was great, she was very kind and helpful. I would definitely come back here in the future!
Morgan was very helpful and great to work with. We have done business with Don Jacobs for years and will continue to do so.
I had the pleasure of working with Morgan Wise over the last few days to finalize a car deal. Throughout the whole process she was patient, kind and made sure all of my questions were answered. She had exceptional customer service and the whole team at Don Jacobs was great to work with! Keep up the great work Morgan, Don Jacobs is lucky to have you!
Don’t ever bring your car here for any repairs. I wouldn’t even recommend a VW or any foreign car for that matter. They’re expensive to fix and even worse if you go to your dealership. $200 just for a diagnostic on what was wrong with my car. I guess I’m in the wrong for bringing it here to be checked out. Ridiculously expensive. Just find a local dealership at that point.
