Dropped a car off on Thursday for some work they asked if i would be waiting for it or not. I said i would come back and get it when its ready later. They never called me. I called at the end of the day and could not get ahold of anyone except the operator who kept sending me to voice mail boxes of service advisors. Never received a call back the next morning so i called back in, of course my car was still not done. I came here just for a simple oil change and ended up waiting 1 hour and 45 minutes. When I first arrived, nobody acknowledged me for about 10 minutes, which already set the tone. The waiting room itself was decent, but the overall service was far too slow. For something as basic as an oil change, I expect a much quicker turnaround, not nearly two hours of waiting around. I’ll never be coming back here and will choose a faster, more customer-focused service next time.

Wanted $400 just for diagnostics and they don’t apply that amount to any repairs. Ridiculous. Go to Import Minded instead.
