I have used Don for 21 years. Plumbing and AC. He told ne few years back i needed a larger AC compressor for my home. I called today to get an estimate and the employee/new owner stated they normally don't upgrade compressors for they are sized to the home. I agreed but he was still hesitating so I said I can call another and then he said goodbye and just hung up. All I wanted was an estimate for something Don told me I needed 10 years ago. Jesse arrived and told me I had him for a 1hr service call but I was billed for 2hrs. He did some service work without prior approval. Later on the phone when I asked about the way he was going to do additional work, he became very agitated, advised "HE" was the plumber and if I didn't like it I could hire someone else. When I answered and said I guess I will, he abruptly hung up.

Call twice to get a repair done on our toilet. And he said, oh yeah, it'll be next week, but never called us back. Never arranged anything very unprofessional.

Don and his team do really good work. I definitely recommend them if you need plumbing or heating/ac services.

Called to check for a leak. Charged 4 hours for less than 2 hours actual work. Pressured to sign a work order first thing without prior explanation of estimated time or charges, then started work on an unrelated exhaust flue because the technician, "didn't like the way it looked". Went in to dispute the inflated charge later, wouldn't stop talking over me to explain that I'm responsible for their 30 min drive to and from my house that's 5 min away, plus multiple trips back to the shop for basic parts they don't keep on their... read more
