My safe refused to open after 15 years even with new batteries. I contacted Don Hill"s lock and safe and Don came out to have a look at my problem.He made a determination of what had to be done as the easy option to get in would not work.He told me what he was doing each step of the way which I really appreciated as I watched him at work.We had some good conversations together while he was here.I had pretty much decided that he was not going to get in the safe as it was extremely well made.He assured me that he would get in ... read more
RecommendedI went to a local hardware store to get a key made and they wanted $50 but then couldn't make it. I ended up going to Don's and the key was $4! Customer service was awesome and I will be going to use them if I ever need key service again
Late to work, sat in the truck smoking, and couldn’t walk the two feet to throw his cigarette butt away. Literally threw it on the ground near the trash bin.

I just needed a house key made. My two children went with me into the store. The staff made this simple trip a field trip for my girls! They walked out with old keys to play with and a new love for keys! The product I received is excellent quality, it works better in the lock than the original!
