I have been buying automobiles from here for nearly two decades but that faithfulness has ceased. This last time I was lied to by my salesman,not once but three or more times. The so called total interior protector was not applied. The carpet area was not even vacuumed. The security cover in the area is missing parts.The sales manager sent a number to reach out to. Update: This is a letter from David Hewlett, the vice president of Don Hewlett Chevrolet I signed the paperwork on 6-20-23 when I purchased the vehicle and I came in three other times and signed said forms. what company can't do tags for just a normal person. Do you know who paid for my tags? I Cancelled my order for the 2022 Chevy Traverse due to poor communication and misinformation. Ordered in February of 2022 per Diego. No calls or updates the on vehicle from Diego. I stopped in to speak to him and apparently he was no longer my sales person - I was then passed off to Clay. Clay told me they will now substitute the 2023 model for the same price. I'm MAD!! I'm angry and frustrated and completely confused by the treatment I've received from Don Hewlett Chevrolet over the past 9 or so months. Bought a truck in August (2020) ... Sold it the following March (2021) to another dealership. realized I needed to get a refund on my extended warranty on my truck. We have been coming to this dealership for years. Bought 3 vehiclesand another one within the year but this last experience was awful from start to finish. My husband has over a 800 credit score and purchased a 70,000 truck. First off the sales guy told us the only difference from the 2500 Chevy ltz truck we bought and the high country was badging… then the truck we traded in was only worth $19,500 and but yet they turn around and sell it for $33000… I understand they need to make a profit but why do us that dirty.
