Staff is always kind and greet you right away. When I’ve needed multiple repairs, they help prioritize what should be taken care of, in order to maintain safety while not breaking the bank all at once. I’m usually out pretty quickly but the times when repairs are expected to take longer, they let me know. I purchased the Don herring advantage plan during my contract signing and I had 3 oil changes left per the service advisor and when I showed up for my most recent appointment I had to pay out of pocket. This was an unexpected expense and would like my refund for my oil changes that were left since this was included in my contract and was added in the total balance of my vehicle purchase.
The price when getting my SUV service is better than everyone one else but they take forever to complete it. Spencer is very professional and straightforward so hes definitely an asset to the company.
