I recently did some checking around with other heating and ac companies. I called 4 places in Waterloo and Columbia. Each company had very different pricing. They tried to talk me into addons, and things that I wasnt interested in. I went with Don because he took the time to explain to me what was going in my house, and why. He didnt try to talk me into something that I didnt need- or want. He came out that same week, finished the job, and cleaned up like they were never even there. We havent had a problem since. Dons service was fast and friendly. He squeezed me into his schedule at the last minute and was on-time for his appointment. He even helped me look over a quick plumbing issue and recommended some local plumbers to address it!

Don Heck Heating and Cooling We had Don Heck Heating and Cooling but in the furnace and air conditioning in our new home that we had built in Columbia about five years ago. Don did and excellent job. He was there when he said he would be and he did a good job of cleaning up afterwards. We so far have only had one problem and there came out immediately.
Don heck heating and cooling We had a house built 5 years ago and had Don Heck put in our furnace and our air conditioner. He did an excellent job.We had a small problem the first year he had came out immediately. We are very pleased with Don's work and will use him in the future. Great service.
