I recently did some checking around with other heating and ac companies. I called 4 places in Waterloo and Columbia. Each company had very different pricing. They tried to talk me into addons, and things that I wasnt interested in. I went with Don because he took the time to explain to me what was going in my house, and why. He didnt try to talk me into something that I didnt need- or want. He came out that same week, finished the job, and cleaned up like they were never even there. We havent had a problem since. Dons service was fast and friendly. He squeezed me into his schedule at the last minute and was on-time for his appointment. He even helped me look over a quick plumbing issue and recommended some local plumbers to address it!
