It was a great experience wonderful customer service
Purchased a vehicle and within two months of having vehicle it needed things repaired. I did have the extended warranty, however they would not cover any of the work that needed completed on the vehicle. After talking to a certified mechanic, they said it appeared the vehicle had been worked on before and that it should have been addressed by the dealership correctly when the vehicle was brought in for trade. 1 Star I would not recommend Mark Porter Chevy in Ashland, Kentucky to anyone based on the experience we’ve had with our Chevy Traverse. We only had the vehicle for 12 days before it broke down, and it’s been in their shop since June 30, 2025. It’s now August 2nd — over a month later, and we’re still getting the runaround. Went in to possibly trade my jeep in. Found a brand new gmc terrain that I fell in love with. I had a number I would not go above for a monthly payment. Aaron my salesman and Jason in the finance department went above and beyond and got me approved and in a payment lower than my limit was and got me the best trade deal out of anywhere else I had been for my wrangler .
