absolutely horrible dealership! kept my truck for a month for transmission issues, didnt fix the issue let alone diagnose it. They ignored me, we're rude when I finally got ahold of someone I had to personally drive the tech around ashland to show them problem then he said it was the torque converter locking! meanwhile my transmission pan is full of clutch material. absolutely clueless and rude bunch.
