Mark porter sucks as a car dealer. They taught me to NEVER DEAL WITH MARK PORTER AND NEVER BUY A FREAKING CHEVROLET. This was my first new chevrolet in 32 years. LESSON LEARNED
Alexis Newman was amazing! She was very knowledgeable and help us filter through the trucks we were looking at! She showed us various options and gave us the best deal for what we were looking for in a work truck.
Excellent customer service
Don’t waste your time with these people. They’ll sell your truck out from under you. You’ll call and get told a salesman isn’t available to speak with you. you’ll wait days for a salesman to call you back. you’ll spend the whole day working out the deal and afterwards you’ll get a call by the end of the day that they are gonna sell your truck to the salesman’s brother instead.
I highly recommend Mark Porters in Ashland Kentucky and here is way... We walked in wanting a vehicle as we was greeted by many of the staff. That was when we meet a man by the the name of Dominiek this man's focus was nothing but our wants as he had all the answers for any of our questions we threw at him as he made this process as smooth as can be while making us as comfortable as we could be.
