Wow! Now that I know how to do this. Don Grisham! My Dad was a WWII vet, He was with State Farm all my life. Your office was going to make him rewrite his insurance because he didn't make his payment. Why didn't a 92 year old man make his payment on time? Because he received a check refund . It confused him! I tried to explain this to your team a couple of year's ago and they wouldn't listen. We have said our good byes to Dr. Rev. J.D Linsteadt. Our Hero!!

Don and his office have always been there when we had issues and needed assistance! When State farm wanted to drop us for having to many claims in a close amount of time Don stood up for us as loyal customers and got the company to keep us! When they say they are like a good neighbor they mean it!:)
I have never been treated with such disrespect at a State Farm office. As soon as I entered the door I was rudely spoken at by Pam, I was appalled that someone could be so rude to a complete stranger. Ill be taking my business elsewhere.
